Physical and Mechanical Properties

Polyester fiber acoustic panels possess sound absorption, thermal insulation, and heat retention properties. The material is uniform and robust, featuring elasticity, toughness, wear resistance, impact resistance, tear resistance, and resistance to scratching. The panels are available in large sizes (9×1220×2440 mm).

Product Diversity

Polyester fiber sound-absorbing panels are available in over 40 colors and can be arranged into various patterns. Surface shapes include flat, square (mosaic-like), wide strips, and narrow strips. The panels can be bent into curved shapes, allowing for more flexible and versatile interior design with enhanced aesthetic effects. Artwork can even be printed onto the panels via computer.

Fire Resistance

Polyester fiber acoustic panels have been tested by the National Fire Protection Testing Center for fire resistance parameters, and the results indicate that they have good fire resistance performance, meeting the national standard GB8624 B1 grade requirements.

Safety

The safety of polyester fiber acoustic panels is manifested in two aspects. First, the material has excellent mechanical properties, being lightweight and, when subjected to impact damage, does not produce fragments or pieces like some brittle materials such as perforated gypsum boards or cement fiber pressure boards, thereby eliminating the risk of falling debris. Second, regarding the release of harmful substances, testing by relevant national authorities has shown that the formaldehyde release rate meets the standard requirement of ≤1.5 mg/m³, with a test result of 0.05 mg/m³. This meets the national standard GB18580-2001 E1 grade requirements and is suitable for direct use in areas where people work.

Ease of Cleaning

Dust removal is easy, and maintenance is simple. Dust and debris can be removed by gently sweeping with a vacuum cleaner or broom. For heavily soiled areas, a damp cloth with detergent can be used for wiping.
